During rush week, my sorority usually put me in charge of “Family Dinner Night”, which consisted of a nice, comforting home-cooked meal for homesick members and rushees. I always made baked macaroni, because everyone loved it and it fed a lot of people. The original recipe is from Ina Garten, but I decided to make my own cheaper and less buttery version. It takes a bit of time and effort to make, but it’s so much better than the Kraft instant stuff.
