Servings: 9 (2×3 inch squares)


  • Dry lasagna noodles, 12 noodles
  • Pasta sauce, 24 oz jar (I use Bertolli Tomato and Basil).
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded, 8 oz.
  • Lean ground turkey, 20 oz.


Step 1: Boil lasagna noodles until cooked. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Season ground turkey and cook. Remove from heat.

Step 3: Spread a thin layer of pasta sauce on a baking dish. Combine the remaining pasta sauce with cooked meat.

Step 4: Line lasagna noodles along dish. Add a layer of the sauce mixture. Then, add a layer of cheese.

Step 5: Repeat three more times.

Step 6: Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Step 7: Let the lasagna cool and settle for 10 minutes, before serving.


Complements: French bread or salad.
